Ingredients

• Glaze
• 1 c orange juice
• 3/4 c water
• 1/4 c lemon juice
• 3 T cornstarch
• 1 c sugar
• Sauce
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/2 c sugar
• Crust
• 1 pkg sugar cookie dough
• Fruit
• peaches
• mandarin oranges
• grapes
• bananas
• strawberries
• kiwi

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix ingredients of glaze
3. Cook over medium heat until boils, and thickens, then cool.
4. Spread cookie dough on buttered pizza pan
5. Bake for cookie dough for 10 minutes, then cool
6. Mix sauce and spread over cooled dough
7. Arrange fruit on top and pour glaze over
8. Refrigerate
