Ingredients
- Thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Thin sliced Swiss Cheese
- Equal parts mayonnaise & sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Grease baking dish
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan and garlic powder
- Pat Chicken slices dry
- Take one chicken slice on a plate, and top with shredded mozzarella
- Roll chicken around mozzarella and place in baking dish, leaving a little space between the rolls
- Repeat with all chicken slices
- Spread mayo/sour cream mix over the top of the chicken rolls
- Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese
- Bake until browned and they reach 165 degrees
- Serve with Pesto Alfredo fettuccine, broccoli and garlic toast
