Baked Parmesan Fish

Ingredients

  • 5 TBSP Flour
  • 5 TBSP Cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • 6 fish fillets
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. On a dinner plate, combine flower, cornmeal and seasonings.
  3. Melt butter in shallow baking dish.  Dredge fish in flour mixture and place in baking dish.
  4. Turn fish to coat with butter.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fix flakes easily with a fork
Serves 6
