Ingredients
- Acorn Squash
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cut squash in half and remove seeds & pulp
- Place on plate and microwave for 5 minutes
- Cut ~1TBSP of butter for each half and rub on top edge, then place remainder of butter in squash half
- Add brown sugar on top of butter
- Drizzle maple syrup over brown sugar
- Place squash in a baking dish that has about 1/2" - 1" water in the bottom (to prevent burning)
- Bake for ~20 minutes
